The City of Hobbs Support Services Section is the primary answering point for all emergency and non-emergency requests for police, fire and emergency medical assistance in Hobbs. From a state-of-the-art emergency operations center, calls for assistance are answered by highly-trained Emergency communication Specialist 24 hours a day.
